Non-Executive Chair of ITSO Ltd, a membership organisation that manages and develops the UK-wide technical specification for smart ticketing under licence from the Department for Transport. ITSO underpins public transport smart ticketing across the UK, including concessionary and commercial ticketing schemes. Through our digital startup subsidiary Yotra Ltd we’re building secure mobile ticketing solutions that improve the transit experience for customers and are the sole UK partner of both Apple and Google to provide digital wallet ticketing in the UK. Working with Google and Apple, our solution allows customers to benefit from secure, touch free rail, bus and tram ticketing delivered seamlessly to the Google Pay and Apple iOS wallets on their mobile devices.
